How do I track my order?
Order Tracking is available to registered customers on most Aztech Supplies orders placed at aztechsupplies.com or by phone, mail, fax or email. After signing in, you'll find a "Track an Order" link at the top right of the site. Clicking on that link will take you to a listing of your orders for the past 90 days. Once you've identified the order you want to track, click on the "Track" link in the last column. A listing of the boxes in that shipment will appear with a tracking number link to the carrier's website. If no tracking number link appears, please email customerservice@aztechsupplies.com or call Customer Service at 1-888-444-0737 for additional assistance.
How can I change or cancel my order?
When your Aztech Supplies.com order is received, it will be processed within minutes so your Aztech products are on the way to you quickly! If a change is necessary or you need to cancel the order, please call us at 1-888-444-0737 or email us at customerservice@aztechsupplies.com . One of our friendly Customer Service Reps will make the change or arrange for a no-hassle return.
What is a Discount Code?
A Discount Code is a code entered during the Checkout process that entitles you to a special product price or a savings discount on your order. Just enter the Discount Code in the designated field on the right side of the Shopping Cart and click the "Apply" button. All applicable promotions will be reflected.
Do I need to register/sign in to place an order online?
No, Aztech Supplies.com users do not need to register to place an order online. However, if you choose not to register, many of the Aztech Supplies.com features like Order Tracking will not be available to you. Registering is easy and all of your information will be retained to make future ordering faster and easier.
Shipping Terms & Conditions
All items ship FOB from one of our four warehouses. These inventoried items typically ship via UPS Ground within 24-48 hours of receiving the order. Factory-direct items ship promptly (usually within 3 Days) from our manufacturer’s stock, FOB point(s) as indicated. Larger items may be shipped via a trucking company and customers are encouraged to check each incoming shipment carefully before acknowledging receipt from the carrier. For orders over 50 lbs or with multiple cartons, UPS charges may be higher than the UPS cost estimator figure shown in the shopping cart. The cost estimator in the shopping cart calculates freight based on the total weight of your order. Some items or very heavy orders may have to ship in separate boxes and or LTL. If freight charges are more than the online calculator estimates you will be contacted with a shipping quote.Unless otherwise requested by a customer, goods will be shipped via carriers of our choice with shipping, handling, insurance, and packaging charges prepaid and added to the invoice. If you prefer to use your own shipping account, please contact customer service. We do not ship C.O.D. or to APO/FPO addresses or international locations. In accordance with federal laws, all hazardous and ORM-D materials must be shipped by ground.
What is your Return Policy?
Your satisfaction is important. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a product you receive from Aztech Supplies, please call us within 30 days for a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and return it for full credit, replacement or refund. Special order and drop ship items are subject to the prior approval and the returned goods policy of the manufacturer. All returns must be shipped prepaid, in sellable condition, and are subject to inspection for damage or misuse prior to issuance of a credit or refund.
Where can I find Material Safety Data Sheets?
Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and/or Technical Data Sheets are available throughout the site just to the right of the product description, just click the PDF link and print. You can also access MSDS and Tech Data sheets by entering the Item Number in the Search box at the top right of the website then clicking the PDF link at the product.
How do I find a Product?
If you know the Product Number, simply use the "Search" box at the top right of the website to view the product page for that item. The Search box can also be used to search by keywords (such as "sock") to see a list of items that match your search word. Clicking on an item in this list will take you to this product category. To see products grouped by category, just click on the Product Categories tab found at the top of the website. How do I qualify for the Aztech Supplies Preferred Discount Program?
The more you buy the more money you save! If you spend $2,500 per year or more on Absorbents, Wipers, Kits or PPE Safety, you may qualify for the Aztech Supplies Preferred Discount Program. For more details, call 1-888-444-0737.
Damaged Shipments
Customers should thoroughly inspect all items for shipping damage before accepting delivery. If damage has occurred, customer should note the extent of the damage on the freight bill and call Aztech Supplies immediately. Although Aztech Supplies responsibility for loss and damage ceases when the products are accepted for shipment by the carrier, Aztech Supplies will, when notified, file a damage claim for goods shipped via a carrier of our choice, issue credit for the damaged goods, and ship an immediate replacement. Buyer shall, at Aztech Supplies option, return any damaged products to Aztech Supplies pursuant to instructions from Aztech Supplies.
